Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may also use the model withdrawal form set out below, although this is not mandatory. For example, you can copy the text of the form and send it to us via our contact form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your declaration of withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Defects and Transport Damage
If your product arrives with a quality defect or transport damage, we will of course be happy to assist you. In this case, please contact us without delay by email at info@galeria-auraris.com with a brief description and, if possible, photographs of the defect or damage.
Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
Quality Assurance and Production Variations
Please note that the appearance of an artwork on a screen may differ from the actual colour reproduction of the printed product. In particular, the quality, technology, brightness, contrast, colour profile and individual settings of the screen used may affect the colours perceived. Minor technically induced variations may also occur in the production of a fine art print.
At Galería Auraris, our customers come first. To ensure that we can consistently offer you high print quality and colour reproduction that is as faithful as possible to the original artworks, we regularly inspect our products. To do this, we order fine art prints ourselves from our print-on-demand partners, carefully inspect the delivered products and their packaging, and document the results, including the respective delivery time.
