Collection & Artworks
Who is behind the artworks at Auraris?
You can find the answer to this – and much more – in the Auraris catalogue of works. There you can learn more about the artist and the individual artworks, as well as discover additional works that are not currently available for purchase.
Why aren't all artworks available in the shop?
To keep the shop clear and easy to browse, we present only a curated selection of artworks at any given time – a selection that is regularly updated and expanded. You can discover even more works and background information in the Auraris catalogue of works.
If you're interested in an artwork that isn't currently available in the shop, we'd be delighted to hear from you by email. We'll be happy to consider your interest when selecting works for the next shop update – or work with you to find an individual solution.
Can I order a frame for my art print?
At present, we offer our art prints exclusively unframed – giving you complete freedom to choose a frame that suits your personal taste and interior. If you have a particular frame in mind or would like a framed version, simply send us an email and tell us what you're looking for. We'll be happy to take your feedback into consideration for our next shop selection – or work with you to find an individual solution.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 2–3 business days, followed by a further 3–7 business days for delivery within Europe. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries in the European Union, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Your order is generally produced by one of our printing partners located near you or in your country. From there, the art prints you ordered are shipped directly to you.
For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us directly – we'll work with you to find a solution.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, parcel size and weight. The exact amount is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. For larger orders or volume purchases, we offer more favourable terms upon request.
Printing & Materials
Do the prints contain a watermark?
No. All our art prints are supplied without a watermark. You receive a clean, print-ready product in gallery quality – exactly as it belongs on your wall.
What materials are used?
We exclusively use acid-free Fine Art papers and gallery-grade card stocks specifically developed for high-quality art printing. These materials are resistant to ageing, colourfast and meet the standards expected by galleries and collectors. Depending on the artwork and format, we use matte or satin finishes for optimum visual impact.
How are the prints produced?
Our art prints are produced using the Giclée process with 12-colour ink systems. Unlike conventional four-colour CMYK printing – which uses only cyan, magenta, yellow and black – the 12-colour Giclée system provides a significantly wider colour gamut. This means finer colour gradients, deeper blacks, more vibrant colours and more precise reproduction of highlights and shadows. The result is a print that reproduces digital artworks and photographs to a standard worthy of gallery-quality presentation.
Are the colours in the print identical to those on screen?
Thanks to the 12-colour Giclée process and professional colour management (ICC profiles), we achieve a very high degree of consistency between the on-screen image and the finished print. Slight variations may nevertheless occur because screens emit their own light, whereas prints are viewed using reflected light. For the most accurate preview, we recommend using a monitor calibrated to sRGB.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return my art print?
Orders placed through our online shop are subject to the statutory rules governing the right of withdrawal. Consumers may generally withdraw from their order within the statutory withdrawal period, unless a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies in the individual case. Full details regarding withdrawal, applicable time limits and returns can be found in our withdrawal policy.
Irrespective of this, the following naturally applies: If your art print arrives damaged, has a printing defect or the wrong item has been delivered, please contact us. We will arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
What should I do if my print arrives damaged?
Please take photographs of the damaged product and its packaging and send them to our support email address together with your order number. We process complaints as quickly as possible and will arrange a free replacement or refund – without unnecessary complications.
Can I change my order after making a purchase?
As production begins immediately after we receive your order, the window for making changes is very short – from just a few minutes to a maximum of 2 hours after purchase. Please contact us by email as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requested change.
